Silly About Squash

We started feeding Emma some solid foods the last few weeks and she has really enjoyed them for the most part.  The other night I was feeding her some squash and she was just being funny - shaking with excitement and laughing!  I thought we better try to get it on video.  We were able to capture some of the excitement, but of course, once she saw the camera her attention was drawn to it and she kind of settled down.  Still, I hope you enjoy her silliness!

Visiting Family

The past week Emma and I have been enjoying a relaxing time in Missouri.  After a busy summer, it was nice to not worry about doing anything!  Dustin drove out and joined us on Saturday.  We'll be heading to Illinois this week for his brother's wedding.  We've loved spending time with family and look forward to another fun week!  (Just not looking forward to all of the driving we still have left!) 

I'm new to this whole blogging thing...Jen and Missy will probably be amazed I've finally joined the blogging world :)  When life settles down and I can figure this out a little better, I'll try to get some more interesting things on here!  Until then, we're just going to be enjoying life and enjoying our family!
